Lesson Progress:

An automated phone call is made to the contact. You can choose a different recorded message to play when the contact answers the phone versus when it goes to voicemail. Or the same recorded message can be used.

Use automated Voice messages for reminder phone calls and special announcements. Do not over use. Use FixYourFunnel for Ringless Voicemail.

  1. Drag the Voice snippet onto the canvas in a sequence
  2. Double-click the Voice snippet to configure it
  3. Click Add Message to record a new message
  4. Enter your own business phone number. This is the number that will be displayed as the Caller ID when your contacts see the incoming call.
  5. Enter a name for the message. This name will show up in the drop-down list of voice messages. Enter your own phone number,
then click Call Me. The system will call you and
 walk you through the steps of recording a message over the phone.
  6. Once you save the message and hang up, click Save and the message will be saved in Infusionsoft. Select which message is to be played for a live person answer and if the call goes to voicemail.
