Lesson Progress:

A letter template is generated to be sent to the contact via physical mail.

Use automated Letters in Infusionsoft can save you time and help you keep your audience engaged by communicating with them through an additional medium.

  1. Drag a Letter snippet onto the canvas in a Campaign Sequence
  2. Double-click to configure the Letter
  3. Select with User it will be assigned to
  4. Check whether or not you want the user to receive an email notification
  5. Use the Design area to write/design your letter.  Use merge fields to customize the letter template.
  6. Publish the campaign
  7. The assigned user will see the Letter tasks show up on their Infusionsoft dashboard.  They’ll download the letters, print them and mail them.  Afterwards, they’ll mark the letter items as “Completed” on their dashboard.
