A specific Task is created and assigned to a User. Completing that task can achieve a goal and advance the Contact in the campaign.
Automatically create a task for a User when a contact reaches a specific point in a campaign.
- Select the Task Type
- Enter a Title and Body (you can merge contact details into these fields using the Merge button)
- Check whether you want the Task to be assigned to the owner of the contact
- Select the back up user who the Task will be assigned to
- Enter the number of days until the Task is due
- Select the time of the day the Task is due
- Select the priority of the Task
- Check whether you want the owner to be notified by Email
- Enter users to be notified
- Select whether you want to have a pop up notification for the User when they log into Infusionsoft
- Save and publish the campaign
