Create Task

A specific Task is created and assigned to a User. Completing that task can achieve a goal and advance the Contact in the campaign.

Automatically create a task for a User when a contact reaches a specific point in a campaign.

  1. Select the Task Type
  2. Enter a Title and Body (you can merge contact details into these fields using the Merge button)
  3. Check whether you want the Task to be assigned to the owner of the contact
  4. Select the back up user who the Task will be assigned to
  5. Enter the number of days until the Task is due
  6. Select the time of the day the Task is due
  7. Select the priority of the Task
  8. Check whether you want the owner to be notified by Email
  9. Enter users to be notified
  10. Select whether you want to have a pop up notification for the User when they log into Infusionsoft
  11. Save and publish the campaign
