What Is The Quote Status Goal?

A Quote Status goal is achieved when the status of a Quote is changed. This can include when a Quote is sent, viewed, declined, accepted, and paid.

Why Would I Use The Quote Status Goal?

If you’re a business that custom quotes your jobs, this is for you. It’ll allow you to customize pricing like never before.

How Do I Set Up The Quote Status Goal?

  1. Drag the Quote Status goal onto the canvas in the Campaign Builder
  2. Double-click to configure
  3. Select whether the goal should be achieved when the quote is sent, viewed, accepted, or paid
  4. Save and publish the campaign

The Way

This is a great feature for people who send quotes and want to automate. You need to use the Quote Status goals in conjunction with sequences and Status tags so you can keep track of quotes and where they are in the process, because you can not delete quotes. Send yourself the quote and click Decline to decline the quote since you can’t delete. That way you keep people with the correct status.
