What Is A Legacy Email?

The Legacy Email builder uses an older version of “snippets” to allow you to build/design your emails.

Many users run into formatting issues with the Legacy Email builder and the emails are not mobile responsive by default.

But the Legacy Email builder has an HTML snippet (the new builder does not) which allows further customization of the design.

Why Would I Use The Legacy Email Builder?

Only use the Legacy Email builder if you need some of the features that are not available in the new builder, such as the HTML snippet.

How Do I Set Up A Legacy Email?

  1. Drag an Email (Legacy) item onto the canvas in a Sequence
  2. Double-click to configure
  3. Use the editor and snippets to design your email
  4. Test and publish the Campaign
