Automatically generate a list of people who reach a certain point in a sequence and send that list with any additional details to a User or an external service for fulfillment – usually mailing of a direct mail piece.
Use the Fulfillment List snippet to generate a list for direct mail or any other reason to use outside of Infusionsoft.
- Drag the Fulfillment List snippet onto the canvas in a Sequence
- Double-click to configure
- Select whether to assign the Fulfillment List to a User or to email it to an external fulfillment house
- Check to batch the job – then select how to batch: based on quantity, or time, or both
- Choose who to assign the fulfillment job to if you’ve chosen to assign to a user. Or choose the From and To email addresses and enter a Subject line if you’ve chosen to email the list
- Write instructions for the Fulfillment List in the body
- On the “Fields” tab, select with fields should be included in the list
- On the “Attachments” tab, upload up to 3 attachments to include with the fulfillment list
