A tag, or tags, are applied or removed on the contact record with this action.
Use tags to change status, record activity, reporting, etc.
- Drag the Apply/Remove Tag snippet onto the canvas in a Sequence
- Double-click to configure
- Select whether you want the action to apply or remove tags
- Select which tag(s) you want to be applied or removed
- Save and publish the campaign
