Although email open rates and click rates are on the decline, it is still one of the most effective media out there.  When measuring ROI, there is not digital communication method with an average ROI higher than email.

1. When inside a sequence, drag the email snippet onto the canvas
2. Double-click the icon to configure the email
3. Choose an existing 
Template in the gallery or, go to My Templates 
to choose an email 
template you’ve 
already created
4. Select a User from whom 
the email will be sent,
or choose Other to type a From Name and 
Email. The “To” field can be 
configured as well if 
you’d like the email to b e
sent to someone other 
than the contact.
5. Type your subject line in the subject field.  Then you can use the 
design settings and 
blocks on the left tTo design and configure 
your email.
6. In the design tab 
you can select font 
faces, sizes, and colors 
for headlines and 
normal text. You can also configure
 the link color, the 
background color
 and the email position.
7. The blocks can be
 dragged into the email
 body to configure 
the design. Blocks can be placed
 side-by-side to create up
to 3 columns.
8. Click the test button
 and test the email to 
ensure it looks right 
and the links work
 correctly. In the actions dropdown 
you can save the email 
to your templates for 
future use.
