What Is An Automated Fax?

An automated fax is sent to the contact’s fax number at a point in a Campaign Sequence.

Why Would I Use An Automated Fax?

While most people don’t use fax much any more, some industries still use it as a communication method.  Sending information via fax may be an additional way to get in front of your audience.

How Do I Set Up A Fax?

  1. Drag the Fax snippet onto the canvas in a Campaign Sequence
  2. Double-click to configure the Fax
  3. Upload up to 3 files (Word doc or PDF)
  4. Check the boxes to agree to the legal and billing terms
  5. Mark it ready and publish the campaign
